What is Familycation Festival?

What kind of festival is this?

Familycation Festival brings together the things families love most: new experiences, creative activities, outdoor discovery, great food, music, and time spent together. It is being designed as a welcoming environment where children and adults can participate, explore, rest, and connect at their own pace.

Accessibility and inclusion

Designed so more families can participate

Accessibility is a core part of how the festival is being planned, not an afterthought. Before any event takes place, pre-event information will include maps, photos, facility details, distances, terrain descriptions, and a way to request accommodations.

  • Step-free routes wherever possible
  • Stroller-accessible pathways
  • Accessible viewing and seating areas
  • Clear information about terrain and facilities
  • Family-friendly communication
  • Space for children who need quieter environments
  • A way to request accommodations
  • Accessible toilets and essential facilities
